What can go wrong.

Coins can go to zero

Anyone can launch a coin on Bloom. Coins are made by their creators, not by Bloom, and most will lose value. A coin's price moves only with buying and selling on its curve, and it can fall to almost nothing.

A treasury is not backing

A treasury's BNB belongs to its contract, which has no way to pay anyone. Holding a coin gives no claim on it and no right to redeem coins for it. A growing treasury is not a price floor, not backing and not a guarantee of returns.

Unaudited contracts

Bloom's contracts are tested, including against live BNB Chain state, but they have not been audited. A bug could lock or lose funds in the market or in treasuries. Only trade what you can afford to lose.

Staking risk

Treasuries stake through BNB Chain's StakeHub (BEP-294), which Bloom doesn't control. Validators can be jailed or slashed, which lowers a stake's value. StakeHub can pause, and its rules, such as the 1 BNB minimum, can change with BNB Chain upgrades. Staking yield is whatever validators pay; it isn't set or promised by Bloom.

Owner key

Bloom's owner can pause new launches and buys, choose the validator and move a treasury's stake between validators. If that key were lost or misused, launches and buys could stay paused or stake could be moved to a poor validator. The owner can't withdraw anything, change fees or stop sells.

Price impact and slippage

Large trades move a curve's price. The app shows the quote and the 1% treasury fee before you confirm, and you set the slippage you'll accept; the contract refuses a trade that would land worse than that.

Other venues

Anyone can create a pool for a Bloom coin on another exchange. Trades there don't pay the coin's treasury, may trade at different prices and aren't shown in Bloom.

Your wallet

Bloom never holds your keys. Transactions you sign are final, and nobody, including Bloom, can reverse them or recover a wallet you lose.

Not advice

Nothing on Bloom is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check the rules where you live before you trade.
